**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, or replace exterior siding (vinyl, fiber cement, wood, etc.).
- Install and maintain soffit and fascia systems to ensure proper ventilation and protection for roof structures.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials accurately to fit specific structures.
- Inspect surfaces and existing installations to determine work needed.
- Operate hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and shape siding and trim materials.
- Ensure all installations meet local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and project requirements.
- Seal, caulk, and finish joints to ensure waterproof and visually appealing results.
- Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts while maintaining safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure quality and timely project completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in siding and exterior trim installation
- Familiarity with materials such as vinyl, aluminum, wood, and fiber cement.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and installation best practices.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical condition — ability to lift heavy materials, stand, climb, and kneel for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must have valid working at heights certificate
- Must have experience with metal break

**Work Environment**:

- Outdoor construction sites.
- Residential and commercial properties.
- Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Exposure to weather, dust, noise, and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-08-25
