**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Conduct pre-operational and operational sanitation inspections
- Collect and test samples (e.g., microbiological, allergen, moisture) as per schedule
- Document findings accurately and maintain QA records and logs
- Assist in investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions
- Prepare Quality Assurance Reports
- Support implementation of food safety programs
- Support internal audits, customer audits, and third-party certifications (BRCGS)
- Ensure adherence to GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and food safety programs
- Calibrate and verify equipment and instruments
- Participate in training programs and team meetings

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a QA role within the food manufacturing industry preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, allergen control, and food safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts and occasional weekends as required
