**We are currently seeking to fill the role of Supervisor for our Haysboro Dairy Queen Location.**

As the **Supervisor**, you will assist in the oversight of all aspects of the restaurant operation. You will focus on ensuring the best guest experience with high standards for service and quality.

**Location**:8423 Elbow Dr SW, Calgary, AB T2V 1K8

**Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer complaints in a manner consistent with company policy, and with customer satisfaction in mind
- Operate cash register and void transactions as needed while following company cash handling policies and procedures, and maintain proper security of cash at all times
- Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices and complies food standards
- Monitor compliance with safety guidelines, build awareness about safety, and report any safety concerns to management
- Greet customers, initiate and complete customer transactions quickly and accurately
- Prepare products quickly and accurately, while following all preparation, health and safety standards and guidelines
- Operate and maintain food/drink/treat related equipment and registers properly and safely.
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies
- Participates in physical inventory counts as required
- Coordinate with management for on-the-job training of new associates
- Implement product rotation based on product code dates in warehouse
- Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of work area, Stock and execute proper rotation of products
- Work as a team member to assure constant and consistent quality, service, cleanliness and value to each customer
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff.

**Qualifications**
- **1 year of quick service restaurant experience**:

- **Dairy Queen experience preferred**:

- Good verbal skills to communicate with guests, staff and management
- Physically able to perform light to medium lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and walking
- Previous experience in food service is preferred

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T2V 1K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- Fast-Food service: 5 years (preferred)
