Landmark Club Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned construction project manager to lead and oversee land development projects and beyond, reporting to Vice President of the company.

- **How you will contribute**:_
- Coordinating with engineers and architects to plan, organize and direct the construction projects according to the project goals;
- Preparing and submitting budget estimates;
- Negotiating and preparing contracts, making necessary changes and revisions as required with architects, consultants, suppliers and contractors;
- Organizing necessary personnel and contractors, assigning duties and supervise their performances;
- Preparing project schedules and milestones, allocating resources logistics to ensure its progress;
- Supervising the purchase of building materials and other supplies to ensure budget control;
- Establishing, implementing and monitoring quality control programs;
- Preparing status schedules and reports to senior management;
- Supervising the obtaining of necessary building permits and licenses for the projects to ensure the projects meet the government code regulations
- **What you bring to the table**:_
- Ten or more years of commensurate leadership experience in construction project management;
- Working knowledge of architectural and land development concepts;
- Applicable analytical, organizational and capital project management skills;
- Management of complex capital projects required;
- A good and effective communicator and a motivated team leader;
- Ability to analyze and solve problems and handle multiple duties under pressure with mínimal supervision, with flexible hours including nights and weekends;
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.

Pay: $140,000.00 per year
