**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a bus according to scheduled routes and timetables.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, providing information about routes and schedules.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, especially those with special needs or mobility challenges.
- Educate passengers on safety procedures and regulations during transit.
- Maintain cleanliness and mechanical functionality of the bus through regular inspections.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to management.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from passengers.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Not necessary, training is provided.
- Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting of bus issues is beneficial.
- Ability to write clear reports regarding incidents or maintenance needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all passengers.
