Introduction

Perry Rose Tree Service and Landscaping is a company that requires hard working, motivated, and a reliable team of employees. As we expand each year, there are more opportunities to grow within Perry Rose.

We operate out of the Northern GTA (Newmarket to Thornhill, and Vaughan to Markham). We work 5 days a week (40 hrs a week), Monday-Friday, with the occasional Saturday only if necessary. Company Benefits will be available after 3 months of employment.

We are looking for 2 full-time position 1 Tree Climber & 1 Groundsman, please see duties and responsibilities listed below;
Tree Climber Duties & Responsibilities:

- Tree Climbing (2 years preferred)
- Hedge Trimming
- Tree & Shrub Pruning, Removals
- Tree Planting
- Stump Grinding
- Preferred experience with Skid Steer and Grapple
- General responsibility and maintenance of company trucks and equipment (minor repairs, greasing, general upkeep, inspections)

You will be responsible for the safe operation of the following equipment:
72ft Spider Lift

BC 1500 Wood Chipper

Self Propelled Articulating Spider Lift

Chain Saws

Stump Grinder

Assorted Hand Tools

Climbing and Rigging Gear

Hino 195 Tree Truck (Automatic Transmission)

Qualifications:

- G Drivers License
- Graduate from Arboriculture School (minimum)
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Team player who is motivated with a good attitude

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- King, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Tree Trimmers & Arborists: 2 years (required)

Work Location: On the road
