**Key responsibilities**:

- Patient greeting and confirmation of accuracy of all pertinent prescription information prior to filling,
- Data entry of patient care information into Fillware computer system,
- Receiving of wholesaler medication order, pricing, and placing on shelf,
- Third Party adjudication (if necessary),
- Accurate dispensing prescription medications,
- Maintenance of pharmacy stock (expiries, etc.)
- General OTC enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist where required and necessary,
- Handling customer prescription pick up,
- Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy
- Regular house-keeping of pharmacy (Cleaning, Shredding)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- **At least 2 year experience as a Pharmacy Assistant;**:

- **KROLL Experience an Asset;**
- **Blister Pack/Compliance Pack experience an Asset;**:

- **Must have EXCELLENT communication skills;**:

- excellent organizational skills and detail orientation;
- strong communication skills;
- demonstrated customer service experience;
- strong motivation to succeed;
- proficient computer/data entry skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
