- Must have excellent communication and organization skills; documenting work hours, daily tasks, and employee progress.
- Full drivers license with clean abstract; for the possibility to tow utility trailer for tools/supplies (supplied).
- Certificate: working at heights
- Time management skills; to give time estimates and set goals on tasks to be completed.
- Team leader; to be able to work with and train others on multiple tasks. Disciplinary when necessary.

- Telehandler license if possible.

**Salary**: $24.50-$41.89 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
