This position will ensure the timely and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound paperwork. This is accomplished through maintaining efficient flow of product from vendors to dealer, as well as the creation of paperwork to accompany shipments being delivered to the associate dealers across Canada.
**What you will do**
**Inbound Accountabilities**:
- Process inbound paperwork in IMI Collaboration and manage rejected ASNs
- Identify and resolve paperwork-related discrepancies
- Liaise with various internal teams such as Distribution, Transportation, and Home Office
- Offer support to peer group, Receivers, Inbound Analysts, and Crew Leads
- Create a daily appointment schedule for pre-scheduled inbound loads
- Direct training of new and existing staff to ensure consistency
- Other duties as assigned
**Outbound Accountabilities**:
- Accomplish Gatehouse Operations objectives by working with both the Distribution and the Outbound Planning teams
- Coordinate outbound loads with the Distribution Center when required, to simultaneously maximize service level and focus on total supply chain cost
- Communicate with Dispatch nightly to confirm the production flow of the Distribution Centre
- Communicate all computer-related problems and status of work schedule to the Team Lead
- Ensure all priority trailers and catalogue orders depart as scheduled
- Complete and release all documents for the purpose of transportation to the associate dealers
- Direct training of new and existing staff to ensure consistency

**What you bring**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative skills, (i.e., data entry, filing)
- Geographical knowledge of suppliers and store locations
- Working knowledge of CTC Supply Chain and Distribution
- Thorough knowledge of DCCS, IMS, Yard Smart, IMI Collaboration, AOM
- Post-secondary education in a business or administrative field is an asset
