**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated clinic Representative to join our team and an RPN for assistance.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, and clinics.
- Present services offered with a basic information overview to physicians and their staff, a 5 minutes speech.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Collaborate with our doctors and the clinic director to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, and followup appointments.
- Administration, EMR, schedule of appointments, Phone calls, Requisitions
- Assist doctor with medical procedures

**Requirements** and Description

RPN in Canada, able to give injections, blood collection an asset

Clinical background and or health care profession.

Flexible time of a few hours a week to distribute clinic information of our medical services provided. Maintain EMR appointments and patient inquiries and information

Limited local area in North York for distribution

Some experience of presenting products or services.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.

The ability to motivate and influence others.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Possible to have 2-3 days of work once the new clinic becomes established

A valid driver's license and vehicle required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 6 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- health rep: 1 year (preferred)
- RPN: 2 years (required)
