In this entry-level Telecommunications Sales Account Associate position, you will be the face of our clients’ telecom brands, helping consumers navigate available services, understand their options, and choose packages that best meet their connectivity needs. **What You’ll Be Doing Daily as a Telecommunications Sales Account Associate**:
- Speak directly with customers to promote telecom solutions including wireless plans, internet packages, and bundled services
- Confidently explain key features, pricing, and benefits of each product
- Answer customer questions, address concerns, and build lasting connections that lead to trust and satisfaction
- Track and report on feedback, helping the Telecommunications Sales Account Associate team identify areas of opportunity and customer preferences
- Collaborate with your Telecommunications Sales Account Associate team to understand goals, meet targets, and continuously improve
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops to build your knowledge and confidence
- Represent each brand with professionalism and integrity during every interaction

- 0-3 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a similar field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clear communication skills and a professional, confident presence
- An interest in technology and the desire to become an expert in telecom solutions
- A team-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- A drive to meet goals and help others succeed
