**PROCESS /QUALITY CONTROL**

Reporting to the general Manager, the Process/Quality Control position will be a full-time permanent position in the Technical Department. This position will be of interest to individuals who have a desire to work in the composite panel industry, have superior computer skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to lead.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Be part of a team that oversees the facilities Quality Program
- Data collection, trending, graphing, and modeling
- Analysis and communication of quality performance
- Identification and implementation of corrective actions as necessary
- Cost management and leadership in continuous process improvement
- Development of new products as well as Sales and Marketing Support
- Technical support for mill personnel as necessary

**Skill& Qualifications Required**:

- Knowledge of the wood composite industry would be considered a definite advantage
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control
- Excellent computer, MS Office, and data analysis skills
- Strong Organization and prioritization skills
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, communication, and technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment to facilitate and resolve issues
- A keen, unwavering focus on safety procedures and protocols
- Valid Class 5driver’sLicense
