It- Digital and Mobile

As a Product Owner in the Digital Studio team at National Bank, you’ll be an active member of the IT team, working with the Digital Experience Leader to make your product theme a success. In this role, you’ll have a positive impact on our organization with your leadership, your outstanding organization skills and your project delivery experience in an Agile/Safe context.

**Your role**
- Act as product owner (PO - according to Scrum/Agile methodology) for complex projects related to technical features in the Digital Studio.
- Work in close collaboration with the Digital Experience Leader to deliver initiatives and contribute to creating a roadmap to develop solutions
- Continuously create, manage and prioritize the backlog (Stories - What) (grooming and drafting the backlog) based on the value and impact
- Continuously manage and prioritize the backlog (How) (Enable / Bug / Defect / Debt-fix / Spike / Task)
- Make sure that the technical stakeholders on the team clearly understand the expected delivery and that they respect acceptance criteria
- Lead projects in multidisciplinary teams by representing clients’ best interests and bringing added value to the Bank, both in terms of business value and technological value
- Make continuous improvements and corrections to the product to enhance the experience and meet current and future needs
- As a technology expert on your product, keep stakeholders informed on the progress of initiatives and the status of solutions, and influence them by effectively sharing the product vision
- Innovate and keep abreast of market trends related to product evolution to propel the Bank’s digital transformation.

**Your team**

The IT team is made up of more than 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes.

Within the Personal Banking Digital sector, you’ll be part of a large team of around 20 people and you’ll report to the Digital Manager. **Basic requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience OR master's degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the digital product field, both web and app-based.
- Relevant experience in Agile projects
- Experience in delivering online solutions as a Product Owner (PO)
- Experience in business analysis and process review, an asset
- Good knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
