Fort Garry Industries has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Handler to join our team at our Thunder Bay location.

What You Will Do:

- Verify parts to ensure they are correct before assembling customer orders
- Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas
- Re-stock shelves and move parts
- Assist customers when looking for parts
- Cross-train to deliver FGI products to customers
- Uphold and embody FGI Customer Service Standards and Core Values with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Champion FGI's safety culture by performing all duties within established procedures and practices
- May assist with loading vehicles, shipping, and receiving
- Other duties as assigned

What We Require:

- MUST HAVE 1 year of general warehouse experience or order picker experience using an RF Scanner or barcode gun.
- MUST BE ABLE to meet the physical requirements: Lift up to 75- 100lbs, frequent standing and walking, reading small print and numbers.
- Valid class 5/G license with 5 years of Canadian driving experience required
- High school diploma, GED, or other high school equivalence certificate
- Excellent customer service skills - dedicated to exceeding expectations of internal and external customers
- Strong written and verbal skills - ability to write and speak succinctly with customers and colleagues
- Heavy-duty parts knowledge or background is an asset
