Job Description

Reporting to the Business Centre Manager the Accounts Payable Administrator will assist in the smooth operation of the business Centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process paper and computer invoices
- Manage the various discrepancies related to the invoice-PO reconciliation
- Analysis and monitoring of supplier account statements
- Manage credits, debit notes, and return of internal goods with rigor
- Respond to supplier needs and questions regarding their file
- Participate in the filing of supplier invoices
- Other related responsibilities

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum two years experience in administration or in accounts payables
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organisational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Workday system is an asset
