**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily menus, including special dietary needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a cook or food service role is preferred, with a strong understanding of meal preparation and food handling practices. Specially in QSR. preferred to have fried chicken concept.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures within the food industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are key attributes for success in this role.
