The General Labourer assists the paint and fabrication department with the production of structural and architectural steel.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Rig, hoist and move materials with overhead cranes
- Operate trade tools such as: grinder, mag drill, welder to assist Fabricators and Painters

**Skills, Knowledge and Competency Requirements**
- Demonstrated ability to learn
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- A team player, who can interrelate and operate efficiently with peers and other associates within a collegial, yet demanding, work environment
- Organization Skills and the ability to be flexible in managing changing priorities
- Strong time management skills

**Working Conditions**
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
