**About the role**
- As a Publications Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing a variety of complex documents from various sources and in multiple formats, including developing, editing, rewriting and/or formatting technical and non-technical documents for publication
- Supporting the complete workflow process to ensure successful completion of each revision cycle and distribution of publications
- Ensuring that assigned publications meet company and industry standards
- Working both independently and on project teams on assignments varying widely in scope and complexity.

**What you bring to the role**
- College diploma or B.A. in Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Superior attention to detail, the ability to follow set procedures, and a desire for accuracy in job performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and Canadian government security clearance.

**Additional skills desired for the role**
- Experience working in the defence industry
- Experience using products such as Windchill, Jira and Confluence
- Experience using the IBM Rational DOORS requirements management tool
