Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or waiting areas
- Provide menus and assist guests with any questions or concerns
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any delays to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a host/host in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
