Job Title: Solar Sales Associate (Seasonal)

Location: Edmonton, AB

**Job Description**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated students to join our team as Solar Sales Associates for the upcoming summer season. As a Solar Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting renewable energy solutions within your community while gaining valuable sales experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers at designated locations such as farmers markets, community events, and door-to-door canvassing.
- Educate consumers about the benefits of solar energy and our company's offerings.
- Conduct on-site assessments to determine solar suitability for potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled as a student at a high school or university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.

**Salary**: $31,589.29-$113,871.40 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
