We are a leading compounding pharmacy group that expanded into a new world class facility in Port Coquitlam. Our facility is fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines and offers sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding. **Comprehensive training will be provided in detail for the successful applicant.**

**We are looking for the following qualities**:

- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Kroll experience - at least 3 years
- Experiense as a Pharmacy assistant - at least 5 years

**As a Pharmacy Assistant you will**:
Call Centre Department
- Data capturing and entry
- Processing orders and prescriptions in Kroll
- Liaising with patients and clients over the phone
- Processing payments where required
- Assisting walk in clients with prescriptions
- Answering phone calls
- Liaising with Customers, prescribers and various stakeholders
- Creating patient profiles in Kroll
- Assisting in maintenance of products on the veterinary website
- Assisting in processing orders through the veterinary website
- Assisting logistics team with additional delivery information when needed
- Any other appropriate pharmacy assistant duties (human/veterinary)
