PHARA is seeking individuals with exceptional administration and communication skills to join our team.

You will play a vital role to the organization, through the development and maintenance of client and staff schedules and through regular communication with PHARA staff and clients.

The position will be centred out of 280 Oakwood Ave, North Bay, Ontario with a standard shift (but not limited to) M to F, 830-430pm. The position also includes an on-call capacity every third week on average and includes mornings, evenings, and weekends. In lieu time is provided.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in Business or Administration.
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
- Proficiency in multiple software packages including Microsoft Office and scheduling/data entry software.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Valid G2 or G driver’s licence, personal vehicle, and appropriate insurance required.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
