Job Requirements:

- Access to a data enabled mobile phone
- Must have current Vulnerable Sector Police check (within past 6 months) or be willing to obtain one
- PSW/HCA Certificate from Canadian school
- Current First Aid and CPR Training from a Canadian **in person** training course
- Clear Tb Test in last 24 months
- Three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine or up to date on vaccination schedule per the PHAC
- Willing to obtain season influenza vaccination
- G2/G Drivers License
- Vehicle you can use to attend to your clients in their home (no client transportation)
