The team at **Dentistry 390** **in London, Ontario** **is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist for general dentistry on a part-time/temporary (possibly leading to full-time/permanent basis. The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed. Our practice retains a "small town" feel even though we are located in the city. Our long-term relationships have resulted in many of our patients having grown up with our practice and now their children are part of our dental family. Our philosophy is one of prevention and conservative dentistry along with the latest in treatment options available, from laser periodontal therapy to implants, to comprehensive orthodontics including Invisalign. 123Dentist is Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with almost 500 locations nationwide and nearly 8,000 employees. Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry. **WHAT WE ARE OFFERING**: - Solid patient base - Part-time position with potential to full-time - Temporary employment with potential for permanent - State-of-the-art technologies/ most advanced dental instruments: Fotona Laser, 3D Cone Beam, Digital x-rays, diode laser, Itero Scanner - Free Parking - Opportunity to grow and be an equity partner in 123Dentist practices - Mentorship and training for new graduates, preference given to recent graduates with some experience - Experienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist **SCHEDULE**: - 15-20hours per week - Days of the week - Wednesdays 8am-6pm and Thursdays 8am-8pm **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: - Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process. - Registered or in processing of registering with the: - Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario - Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of ONTARIO - We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s) - provided you are licensed to practice in Ontario - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families - 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer.
