**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
**- Experience working in the Mechanical Industry (Sheet Metal/Plumbing)**
- Strong knowledge of Adobe, Excel and MS Office
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Knows when and how to compromise, finds solutions to resistance/setbacks and possesses drive to finish
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with both internal (management, other team members) and external stakeholders (clients, customers and suppliers)
- Excellent Time Management Skills

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Work directly with Accounting, Project Managers, Estimating Team and Suppliers to deliver results on deadlines
- Provide construction Purchase Orders’s to staff and suppliers
- Coordinating Task:

- Maintaining Project Documentation (Shop Drawings Flow and Tracking Maintenance Manuals)
- Administrative Duties

**Preferred Experience**:

- AutoCad
- Procore
- Jonas Software Knowledge

Must have:
COR Internal Auditing certificate
