**Job Purpose**:
Cooks are responsible for the preparation and transformation of taking quality ingredients and turning them into delicious, high-quality dishes. They should display a passion for the culinary arts, cooking with conviction and offer our guests thoughtful and genuine hospitality through our food.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Good knife skills
- Understanding of professional kitchen systems.
- Participate in prepping stations for meal services and batch recipes.
- Follow direction and complete tasks in a timely manner, as well as accept and perform additional tasks as required for optimal performance of the restaurant.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all guests and team members.
- Adhere to all cleanliness and sanitization practices, including maintaining workstation in an orderly manner.

**What we would like you to bring to the table**:

- Food Handler Certification
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting is considered an asset.
- Strong work ethic - hard working and reliable.
- Organization and a strong focus and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work cohesively as a part of a team, but also able to work independently, when necessary, with mínimal supervision.
- Positive attitude, motivation, and passion
