**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee the Health and Quality of our company to improve our performance safely.
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with environmental health laws and regulations.
- Investigate concerns related to Safety issues, including near misses, and any incidents in our factory or field.
- Run monthly Safety meetings.
- Oversee the Joint Health and Safety committee aimed at promoting best practices in procedures.
- Collaborate with WCB and ACSA to assure everyone is up to latest rules and codes.
- Prepare and deal with yearly internal, and external audits.
- Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Stay updated on current environmental health trends, regulations, and technologies.
- Do Office, shop, and yard inspections.
- update Avetta, Comply Works, and ISNetworld files.

**Experience**
- Manufacturing experience is a requirement.
- Experience running the Safety program.
- Experience with Avetta, Comply Works, and ISNetworld is essential.
- Experience in conducting inspections or investigations.
- Skills in fabricating training development materials to enhance community awareness are highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with the Employees, Contractors and Management are required.
