Optometric Assistant/dispenser

C.M. Optical Shelburne is looking for an energetic optometric assistant. This is a full-time position within our Shelburne office. Experience is helpful but not required. Wage will be dependent on qualifications and experience.

We need an enthusiastic, friendly optometric assistant who loves to help people, provide specialty testing, administrative tasks, advise patients on the best suitable frames and lenses depending on their lifestyle and medical requirements, as well as informing customers about the proper use and handling of contact lenses. It's a role that combines both technical knowledge and customer service skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are important assets.

**Education**:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Licensed opticians and student opticians are welcome to apply

**Experience**:
Will train, sales would be an asset

Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
