**Your Impact:Leadership & Team Support**
- Support and work closely with the Owner and Senior Coordinator to lead daily salon operations
- Act as a role model for professionalism, positivity, and work ethic
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship to front desk staff and junior team members
- Help drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and consistent communication
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of new hires

**Client Experience & Service Excellence**
- Ensure the highest standard of guest service from the moment a client walks in
- Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure an efficient flow of appointments
- Support staff scheduling, booking accuracy, and manage any daily client service challenges
- Act as a point of contact for escalations or client concerns, always resolving with professionalism

**Operations & Administration**
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations of the salon floor
- Manage appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations across multiple calendars
- Oversee inventory management: place orders, receive shipments, and manage backbar/supply room
- Help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the salon, ensuring it looks perfect at all times
- Assist with payroll preparation, basic reporting, and staff time-tracking

**Marketing & Content**
- Assist in creating engaging content (Reels, stories, client features) for Instagram and TikTok
- Contribute to newsletters, promotions, and client communications

**What You Bring**:

- 1-2 years of experience in salon coordination, reception, or hospitality management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing staff schedules and client service flow
- Comfort using booking software and handling cash and payment terminals
- Knowledge of the hair/beauty industry is a strong asset
- Familiarity with social media marketing and basic content creation
- Passion for guest service, aesthetics, and team collaboration
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $18.00-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
