**Overview**
**Duties**
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor food presentation and quality before serving to guests.
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking, cleaning, and meal preparation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- Experience with cash handling and cashiering duties is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
