Our company does two key things.
First, we invest in projects that result in carbon credits being created, such as planting a forest or building a machine that sucks CO2 from the air. By selling these credits on to individuals or businesses, we are able to generate revenue that lets us make more investments in projects that reduce or remove CO2, and we continue the cycle
Second, we are creating a place (more specifically, an app) where individuals can go to learn about what they can do themselves to address this giant problem of climate change. We want to help individuals understand their own impact on the world, and give them a chance to support carbon offset projects. We want every individual to be carbon neutral, and we want them to get there in an engaging manner with rich content and community.
**Place of Work**
This role is a Hybrid role splitting time between our corporate headquarters located in **Ottawa**, Canada and remote work. Our team meetings are held within EST working hours.

**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Head of Product and Software Development, the Enterprise Product Manager will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to connect business strategy to product plans and processes, research and testing, and ultimate delivery to customers. As a Product Manager you own the experiences our community members have when they open our app and you work to continuously improve those experiences to build affinity for our products.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Work collaboratively with the engineering and UX teams to define a roadmap aligned to the business strategy
- Identify market segment opportunities and define the vision, strategy and business value for entry
- Define the product requirements prioritized to have the maximum return on investment
- Engage lead customers for product trials
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to differentiate
- Identify and partner with 3rd parties to ensure a proper balance between build and license
- Be an expert in your area and present to customers as needed
- Develop sales collateral as required
**The experience we’re looking for**
- A history of success delivering great software products. Experience managing Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for employee engagement software will be considered an asset
- Demonstrated track record of enterprise-centric product management including a deep understanding of enterprise software
- Experience with technology and financial vertical markets
- Strong business acumen underpinned with a technology foundation
- Experience working in a startup environment or a high-growth environment
- Proven problem solving, project management and teamwork skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. MBA preferred
