Landscape Labourer

**Job Summary**

This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, including weeding, mowing, planting, digging, and occasionally building garden features. Training can be provided, however some experience is preferred.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, weeding, and mulching.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Build and install landscape elements such as hedges, pathways, and garden beds.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly after use.

**Skills**
- Proficient in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes for gardening tasks.
- Familiarity with power tools including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and saws is preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Attention to detail in maintaining landscape aesthetics and functionality.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
