O’Dell Associates is a well-established heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment representative that works across Ontario with engineers, building owners, mechanical and sheet metal contractors in both commercial and industrial settings.

In your **Counter Sales & Warehouse Associate **role**, **your primary objective will be to effectively handle walk-in customer requests and manage space, shipments and inventory within our warehouse. We’re looking for a highly organized and conscientious individual to contribute to the success of our winning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to begin their career in the construction industry.

Daily WAREHOUSE Responsibilities Include:_**
- Efficiently process counter sales
- Support cut-to-measure filter service for walk-in customers
- Liaise with direct sales team to support customer requests
- Unload and load freight from shipping vehicles with care
- Pick and pack shipments for order fulfillment
- Adhere to all inventory control procedures for effective identification of materials in warehouse
- Box, wrap and pack product in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
- Dispose of leftover packing materials to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Organize stock and non-stock equipment within warehouse
- Perform accurate inventory counts as required to reconcile stock availability

- Customer oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Forklift operation certification will be considered an advantage
- Able to work well both independently and within a team environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organization skills and adherence to defined procedures
