**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and scheduling
