What will be your daily pursuit?:
The Transportation Coordinator is part of an efficient and productive team helping manage the day-to-day operations of all aspects of Brewster Transportation Services, including but not limited to Charter, Brewster Express, and Sightseeing.
What will your compensation be?:
The starting wage for this position is $20.50/hour.
When does this adventure begin?:
This adventure begins on August 1st, and is a full-time, year round position.

What will you do in this job?:- Inputting accurate data into the Brewster Charter system- Accurately price, quote, and bill clients- Producing booking confirmations and follow up with clients including taking payments through a direct POS system.- Coordinating with various departments within Pursuit to maintain Sightseeing, Attractions, and Food and Beverage inventory.- Performing data entry into multiple programs- Maintaining open communication and actively participating in relationship building with the Pursuit Central Reservations team- Communicating with drivers and dispatch in regards to itineraries, timings, and adhering to the House of Services driving law and DOT regulations- Main point of contact for operational inquiries from major travel trade partners- Responsible for the service recovery of travel trade and/or direct guests- Reporting performance measures for the department on a weekly basis at the direction of Transportation manager- Assist in various transportation positions including direct ticket sales, guest loading, guest meet and greets and filing.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
- Ability to think quickly and be a problem solver- Customer service background- Excellent communication skills and possesses a friendly approach to others both on the phone, in written format and in person- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office- Enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving in an effort to find efficiencies- Organizational skills- Eye for detail- The ability to work independently.- To honour Pursuit commitment to be “Always Honest”
