**900 Degrees Pizzeria Kitchen Staff Needed.**

We are looking for long-term Professionals that wish to join our award-winning kitchen team. 900 Degrees is a Wood-Fired Pizzeria in Langford BC. We are focused primarily on making Neapolitan wood-fired pizza and some Italian appetizers.

You will be responsible for the daily preparation for service as well as working with the team to create a wide range of appetizers, pizzas, and pasta. We run a professional kitchen that is expected to be kept clean and organized.

We are looking for experienced cooks who have previously worked in restaurants with a high-volume kitchen, who are tidy, organized, and bring a positive attitude to work everyday.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in restaurants (Italian preferred).
- Minimum 1-year kitchen experience. (preferred)
- Able to work independently, learn & work quickly.
- Food Safe Level 1.
- Knowledgeable with food & food handling procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working on-line
- Food prep.
- Independent work.
- Clean and maintain organized, practicing safety and sanitation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Langford, BC V9B 3R5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
