Abbotsford, Canada Prins Greenhouses Ltd. Full time

**Job Overview**:

- Co-ordinate international ocean freight and occasional air shipments together with freight forwarder
- Co-ordinate freight and equipment deliveries to jobsites
- Act as point of contact for customs brokers, overseas shippers, suppliers, and customers
- Job-cost container shipments
- Organize and schedule all international and domestic orders for transport in coordination with nominated freight forwarder
- Approve vendor invoices for payment, cross check with logistics records for accuracy
- Co-ordinate rental machinery/equipment for jobsites as needed
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an ocean freight, importing logistics position
- CCS certificate (or similar) in international logistics and customs clearing (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of the customs clearance process, tariff codes, and exceptions
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Outlook in a work environment
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a current work visa

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
