**Your Role at FCR**
- Strategically manage projects for various stakeholders.
- Work closely with leadership to operationally plan and execute planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities.
- Consistently and accurately review and maintain documentation to identify, evaluate, plan, monitor and follow up on active projects.
- Communicate real-time project feedback, coaching, and training.
- Participate in department improvement efforts.
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

- Proficient in navigating computers and software and be able to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills over the telephone and in person.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrate dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of service and professionalism.
- Seek feedback from staff as well as partners, principals, and senior managers and act on that feedback to enhance performance.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent computer skills.
- 8-10 years of project management experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business related area or equivalent experience is preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Accounting experience is considered an asset.
