It also requires excellent project management and time management skills, the ability to meet hard deadlines, cross-communicate between multiple teams, and ensure all published material meets our high-quality standards. **What you'll do (Responsibilities & day-to-day)** - Here's what your day-to-day will look like:_ This position is responsible for coordinating with our team of 30+ freelancers, editing and publishing content, communicating cross-functionally, analysing data and metrics, and ensuring any gaps are filled for our digital marketing team's campaigns. - Coordinate monthly content calendars across various sites; this includes brainstorming topics, sending assignments to freelancers, editing, and publishing content that aligns with strategic goals, digital marketing needs, and SEO requirements - Liaise with freelancers and answer questions promptly, and provide constructive feedback on assignments as needed - Perform keyword research and audience analysis to ensure publishing goals are met; this includes on-page SEO and optimizing for specific focus keywords - Communicate with the publishing team, as well as cross-functionally with web developers, QA, and the traffic acquisition team to help identify needs, assist in creating goals and milestones, and complete all work by deadlines given - Assist in creating and testing new UX variations across different websites and optimize landing pages; develop and meet measurable goals relating to CTR - Coordinate social media posts across various platforms, for multiple brands - Coordinate all outreach initiatives, setting up guest post and link exchanges with other digital publications **What you'll bring to the table (Skills & Qualifications)** - Here's what you'll need:_ We're looking for someone with experience in WordPress, managing content and people, editing, and who isn't afraid to look at data and spreadsheets and use that information to make informed, critical decisions.
