It also requires excellent project management and time management skills, the ability to meet hard deadlines, cross-communicate between multiple teams, and ensure all published material meets our high-quality standards. **What you'll do (Responsibilities & day-to-day)** - Here's what your day-to-day will look like:_ This position is responsible for coordinating with our team of 30+ freelancers, editing and publishing content, communicating cross-functionally, analysing data and metrics, and ensuring any gaps are filled for our digital marketing team's campaigns. - Coordinate monthly content calendars across various sites; this includes brainstorming topics, sending assignments to freelancers, editing, and publishing content that aligns with strategic goals, digital marketing needs, and SEO requirements - Liaise with freelancers and answer questions promptly, and provide constructive feedback on assignments as needed - Perform keyword research and audience analysis to ensure publishing goals are met; this includes on-page SEO and optimizing for specific focus keywords - Communicate with the publishing team, as well as cross-functionally with web developers, QA, and the traffic acquisition team to help identify needs, assist in creating goals and milestones, and complete all work by deadlines given - Assist in creating and testing new UX variations across different websites and optimize landing pages; develop and meet measurable goals relating to CTR - Coordinate social media posts across various platforms, for multiple brands - Coordinate all outreach initiatives, setting up guest post and link exchanges with other digital publications **What you'll bring to the table (Skills & Qualifications)** - Here's what you'll need:_ We're looking for someone with experience in WordPress, managing content and people, editing, and who isn't afraid to look at data and spreadsheets and use that information to make informed, critical decisions. You'll be involved in multiple ongoing projects, so general project management experience is a must. - Professional background in communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience managing digital content and people, including project management responsibilities - In-depth knowledge of SEO and keyword research - Experience working with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Excel/Google Sheets, and SEM Rush - Strong attention to detail and excellent organization - Ability to handle multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines - Excellent editing and time management - Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Creative, with the ability to think outside the box **We'd love it if you had (But Not Required)** - Really wow us_ Stand out from the crowd with these extras: - Google Analytics certification - SEO certifications - Graphic design skills (Photoshop or Canva) - Experience using HTML/CSS - Know the difference between a hyphen, en dash, and em dash, and how to use them LI-KN1 LI-HYBRID
