**HOME CARE OPERATIONS MANAGER**

Better Living Home Care Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the company's daily clinical and business operations as well as provide guidance and support to other members of the team with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the company, including policy recommendations, personnel supervision, quality improvement, and serving as the clinical lead in accordance with the Agency's goals, policies, and standards.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

At least 2 years of experience in health care industry

Excellent customer service, problem solving and leadership skills

Easily adaptable to change and willing to embrace new challenges

Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Knowledge and ability to plan, direct, evaluate and control multi-faceted home care

Have effective multi-tasking, time management and work prioritization abilities

Must be able to deal with clients and their relatives in a manner that demonstrates tact, empathy and patience

Must possess the qualities and skills to act as a role model and leader to other staff member

Computer literacy in Windows, including Word, Excel and Power Point

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between departments through communications with a variety of support services to meet the requirements of daily operations and client expectations
- Review, evaluate, develop and implement new administrative policies and procedures
- Responsible for adherence to operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's visions
- Lead the development, implementation, evaluation, and revisions of care-related goals, objectives, and outcomes
- Provide professional clinical leadership to the multidisciplinary team
- Oversee client consultations, payroll and marketing department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift - Full time
- Monday to Friday

Compensation
- $50-55k annually + 10% bonus based on year end profit
