Remote Clothing Advisor

Full Time Permanent
- Reporting to Digital Sales Leader_
- Harry Rosen_
- Central Office, 77 Bloor Street W._
- Hybrid (Remote/Office)_

We are looking for a Remote Clothing Advisor to join our Virtual team. In this role you’ll be responsible for:
Communicate with Online Clients
- Submit feedback on Client sentiment to different working groups within the organization
- Extend our Best-In-Class Harry Rosen Client experience to online customers

Digital Selling with proprietary app
- Develop and commit to weekly productivity results including Target outreach, Harry Rosen App ‘Herringbone’ sales and conversation goals
- Demonstrate holistic selling skills incorporating all departments and categories

Promote Loyalty Program
- Promote the Sartoria Loyalty Program to all clients and educate clients on all aspects of the program
- Complete all required training programs (i.e. Relationship-Based Selling, Clothesmanship, etc.)

Special Projects
- Participate in Ad-hoc assignments as they arise within the Digital team
- College Diploma/or a related discipline, Retail Management, Fashion Program
- 3-5 years of overall experience with 3+ years in sales and customer service, preferably in Luxury Fashion/Menswear
- Strong Client Service experience
- Retail experience with fashion or footwear
- A focus for inspiring repeat exceptional customer experiences both on-line and in-store through consistent training
- Excellent relationship building skills
- High detail orientation
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Strong verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities under tight time constraints
- Strong problem-solving skills and results oriented
- Positive with great attitude, capable to work under pressure at times
- Passion for customer service/ecommerce best practices.
- Able to work weekends.
- Retail business experience an asset
