**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Assisting with Site Preparation: Aid in the preparation of softscape & hardscape areas by clearing debris, removing weeds, and leveling the ground as directed by the crew leader.
- Planting and Installation: Assist in the planting and installation of trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, flowers, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscaping elements according to design plans. Follow instructions from the foreman/woman to ensure proper installation.
- Hardscaping: Lifting, carrying and transporting materials, mixing concrete, and setting pavers or stones.
- Cleanup and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized by collecting and disposing of debris, storing tools properly, and maintaining equipment in good condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and report any safety hazards or concerns to the foreman/woman.
- Learning and Development: Take initiative to learn new skills and techniques related to landscaping best practices. Seek guidance from experienced team members and participate in training opportunities provided by the company.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
