We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Floorcare Specialist** to join our team. The floor care specialist is responsible for managing and performing floor care projects that include cleaning, maintaining, and repairing carpeted and hard floor surfaces. This role requires strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to operate various cleaning equipment effectively and safely.

**Position: Floor Care Specialist**

**Job Type: Part-Time / Evenings & Weekend Projects**

**Wage: $23-$25 per hour**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform comprehensive floor maintenance, including stripping, waxing, buffing, polishing, and sealing various hard floor surfaces (e.g., VCT, concrete, tile).
- Execute carpet care tasks such as shampooing, extraction, bonnet cleaning, and spot removal.
- Perform cleaning activities within well-established guidelines and assigned areas to ensure quality standards, safety guidelines, and customer expectations are being met.
- Safe mixing and use of cleaning solutions/chemicals and adherence to all safety precautions.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and stored properly after use.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents to management promptly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of **Floor Care**experience required.
- Strong knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to [e.g., 50 lbs] regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoopl for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends as required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
