Our work environment includes: - Modern office setting - On-the-job training - Flexible working hours - Safe work environment - Lively atmosphere We are offering an exciting and never-boring position - the hybrid of Pharmacy Assistant and Store Administrator. - Fast learner and intelligent - "I want to know everything" attitude - Customer-focused and friendly, with good communication skills - Able to work independently as well as under the supervision - Attentive to details and well-organized **The rest can be learned and gained with experience.** Responsibilities as a Pharmacy Assistant: - Assist a pharmacist with medication dispensing (counting pills, packaging, labeling, making blister packs) - Process prescription orders and ensure accuracy - Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Responsibilities as a Store Administrator: - Maintain inventory of medications and front store items (orders, checking expiries, organizing front store merchandise on the shelves) - Perform marketing tasks ( promotional and overstock sales, pricing, inventory analysis, online marketing, website and social media promotions) - Assist with invoices, and check after insurance payments.
