Responsibilities:

- Ensure restaurants have requisite amounts of the above to properly service the customers in a clean and ordered manner;
- Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in the restaurant;
- Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary;
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware;
- Load, run and unload dish machine;
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss;
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen;
- Place dishes in sanitizer as appropriate and run sanitizer;
- Sweep and maintain general kitchen floor cleanliness at all times;
- Clean tea and coffee machines daily;
- Ensure sufficient supply of dishes, pots and pans are available at all times;
- Stock serving stations with dishes and utensils as needed;
- Other duties as requested;
- Follow sanitation policies at all times;
- Pre-wash plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, kitchen equipment by hand.

- Must work well within a restaurant team culture;
- High energy and strong work ethic;
- Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop;
- Have a good sense of organization and a great rigor at work;
- Abilities for teamwork;
- A positive and team-oriented attitude;
- Possess good health and safety habits;
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours);
- You must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods;
- Must be eligible to work in Canada;
- Stress tolerance;
- No previous restaurant experience required;
- Must be personable and friendly;
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays;
- Be independent, dynamic, honest and versatile.

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.29 per hour
