The Associate, Maintenance is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, general cleaning and other tasks as assigned, to ensure high standards of appearance (internal and external) of the building are met. The associate is expected to ensure all Health & Safety guidelines are followed and completion of work in one or more fields in a timely manner.
**Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following**:

- Monitor and adjust heating, ventilation and air conditioning system
- Plumbing
- Security and fire alarms
- Organization of the warehouse
- Carpentry & Millwork skills
- General electrical skills
- Light bulb and or ballast replacement
- Mounting or movement of pictures, message boards, etc
- Furniture relocation
- Fixture installation / removal as required
- Painting
- Flooring repairs, Ceramic Tile, Wood Floors & carpet
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- Working with external contractors as required
- Other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of maintenance or superintendent experience
- Ability to lift between 20-50 lbs
- Technical skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Flexibility and versatility
- IT experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems preferred
- Bilingual in French and in English
