Since 1994 Jeff's Outdoor has been a multi-award winning Landscape Maintenence and Snow Removal Contractor serving Haldimand county and the greater Hamilton area around us. **Responsibilities**:

- Ability to maintain records and make accurate reports
- Supervise a crew of 2-3 employees (Crew Leader)
- Adhere to schedules for completion of sites
- Operate/supervise the safe operation a variety of equipment (Snow plow, snow blowers, skid steers, etc.)
- Maintain assigned equipment and reports for required repairs
- Support Jeff's Outdoor safety and performance culture
- Winter season snow removal (with bonus pay for no missed shifts)

**Requirements**:

- Crew leaders must be well versed in snow clearing operations (plow, skid steer, or tractor)
- Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions with potential long hours (no shifts longer than 12 hours)
- Previous experiencing clearing snow/salting is an asset
- Landscape Maintenance or Landscape Construction experience an asset for Full-Time employment in the Spring but not necessary as we are always willing to train reliable people with the right attitudes
