Currently we have an opportunity for **Prepared Food Services Supervisor** at our 1909 Lawrence Ave., East, Scarborough location. Your skills that we need for our team are:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Hire and onboard new staff and manage their performance
- Train employees on food and drinks preparation and proper use of equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
- Hands-on experience with professional food preparation equipment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Certifications (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$25.60 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON M1R 2Y6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (required)
