As Team Lead for the Sourcing & Supplier Value Office, you will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering measurable value. Your role will involve developing tactical plans, partnering with the business and advising on sourcing practices. You will manage complex sourcing projects, resolve vendor issues and ensure continuous improvement and process innovation.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver measurable value.
- Develop tactical plans and scorecards to support corporate objectives.
- Partner with the business to develop long-range plans and advise on sourcing practices.
- Manage complex sourcing projects and resolve vendor issues.
- Ensure continuous improvement and process innovation.
- Develop short
- and long-term plans, anticipate contingency needs, and align team goals with organizational objectives.
- Manage vendor performance and contract negotiation to reduce legal and financial risks.
- Monitor performance, quality assurance, productivity, and customer service standards.
Your experience and skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of competitive bidding laws, trade agreements and procurement practices.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and solve problems creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in vendor performance management and contract negotiation.

Salary: $98,323.00 to $122,867.00 (Pay Grade 13)
