**About Us**:
Prive Excavating Ltd. is a trusted and growing excavation company specializing in civil construction and earthworks. We are currently looking for a **Estimator & Project Coordinator** to manage project bids, cost estimates, and coordinate project execution to ensure efficiency and success.

**Responsibilities**:
**Estimating**:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for excavation, grading, and civil construction projects
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to determine project scope and costs
- Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids
- Prepare and submit tender proposals and project bids
- Track and manage cost data for ongoing and completed projects

**Project Coordination**:

- Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Work closely with clients, contractors, and site crews to ensure smooth project operations
- Coordinate material deliveries, subcontractors, and workforce scheduling
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise on-site
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in estimating and project coordination in civil construction, earthworks, or excavation
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and labor requirements
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, HeavyBid) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical specifications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

Pay: $8,000.00-$13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
